The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized.

Fees are calculated based on Washington State Regulation and cover the cost of the official notarization process. The total includes:

- Notary Service Fee: $15 per signature/seal for the verification of identity and signing documents

- Travel/Administrative Fees: for mobile services or document processing. This fee is separate from the notarial acts and covers travel, parking and tolls, if applicable.

The travel fee will be quoted and mutually agreed upon prior to finalizing the appointment

A Notary who is not a licensed attorney, is prohibited by law from providing legal advice, selecting documents, or explaining legal effects as this constitutes the unauthorized practice of law. I am not a licensed attorney and cannot give legal advice.

A Notary has the right to refuse notarization if the signer is not physically present, the signer is not acting voluntarily, lack of proper identification, incomplete documents or lacks proper notarial wording.  Additionally, the refusal to sign the Notary's official journal will result in refusing notarization.
